“They don’t daily cleaning of the room!! It’s ridiculous!! We asked for new towels and took them 1:30h to receive them. It’s a joke! ”

“The bed in our room was old there was a hump in the middle of it and my husband and I sank down into the bed. Both our backs were sore the next day. As far as places to eat the Harrah’s and the ceaser’s across the street only had high end restaurants there was nothing for grab and go and something quick to eat. We had to leave the hotel for dinner. ”
